Moin Azmi is a practicing Solicitor, a Director and founding member of AML Solicitors of Manchester.
He specialises in the areas of Civil Litigation, Public Law and Human Rights Law and has been involved in numerous cases for over 15 years.
He holds key positions and has been involved in advising numerous prominent figures and organisations both in the UK and internationally. He has also participated in advising the Home Secretary appointee, Lutfur Ali on the Judicial Inquiry into the murder of Zahid Mubarek - battered to death by his racist cellmate at Feltham prison.
Moin has contributed towards a number of articles and actively assists in research projects. He is a Solicitor Advocate and a member of the Solicitors Association of Higher Court Advocates (SACHA), Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA); holds a BA (Hons) in Public Policy & Administration, CPE and was called to the Bar in November 2000 at Lincoln’s Inn London.
Mr Mohammed Usman is a practicing Solicitor and a Director of AML Solicitors. His specialist areas of practice are Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. He holds an LLB (Hons) degree and qualified as a solicitor in 2010.
Mr Usman has been part of AML Solicitors since 2005 during the firm’s infancy. He was the first recruit and proved his worth through hard working ethics combined with loyalty, honesty, integrity and decency. The firm paid back his contributions though funding his LPC and guaranteeing the Training Contract. Mr Usman went on to manage his own team of Fee Earners before eventually being offered the Directors position.
Mr Usman has a relaxed and amiable character and is well-liked by the local community. He dedicates considerable time to voluntary, charity and Pro-Bono work. He is involved in education of the youth and promotion of fairness and equality.
